I fell in love with Rauma this past Saturday. It’s a perfect background for people in love, like these two.
(And I have to say that I fell in love with her dress too!)

It’s still amazing how Helsinki can be in such a chaos when it snows. But in the middle of the chaos there was a couple who didn’t mind it at all because they only saw each other. Here’s a few from yesterday.

Se tulee aina ja yllättää meidät. Kesä. Kaikki ihanat pienet ja isot ihmiset. Naimisiin menevät, valmistuvat, perheet, rakastuneet. Meitä ja kameroita on taas kuljetettu paikasta toiseen ja samalla Hietasten editointitoimisto on liikkunut ympäri Suomen teitä. Kun Jouni ajaa, Johanna editoi. This week I’ve been learning how to run. Yesterday I went for a walk/run just before 10pm. It was so beautiful out there. Just me, music, darkness and my sneakers. And it made me realize how fast time has gone by. This was our last July wedding. Feels like it was just a moment ago….
What can I say about Emmi & Tapani. First of all, they are awesomely cute together, as you will see. How can you not love a couple who bring their bicycles with them. :) We spent this lovely summer evening with them in Tampere. A couple weeks later we photographed their beautiful wedding in Sastamala….

I love my Nikon D700 and my favorite lens at the moment is Nikkor 50mm/1.4G. When doing PP, I do add a bit of sharpening :)
Rauma is very beautiful city, especially the old part of the town. Got relatives living in the area and every time we visit them I wanna go to “old rauma” too. I would love to shoot a wedding there one day. Are we gonna see more photos from this set? :)
Rauma is fabulous! I think I might want to move there one day :) And yes, there will be a full blog post eventually as I slowly kill my editing queue. July has been hectic!
