This past month has been crazy, but as always, in a good way. We’ve photographed so many wonderful people, spent time in different and beautiful places. We’ve been to Tampere, Sastamala, Ruokolahti, Imatra, Lappeenranta… I’ve spent countless hours editing photos and I have been pinching myself. Is this even real? Our site/blog has been neglected…

Joskus joku kysyi: “Eikö häiden kuvaaminen ala jossain vaiheessa kyllästyttämään, kun ne ovat aina samanlaisia?” Päällisin puolin häät saattavatkin näyttää aika samanlaisilta. Aamulla jännitetään, puetaan parhaimmat päälle, sanotaan tahdon, onnitellaan, syödään, leikataan kakku, tanssitaan ja juhlitaan. Mutta yhdetkään kuvaamamme häät eivät ole olleet samanlaiset keskenään, sillä ihmiset tekevät häät. Vaikka käsikirjoitus on useassa kohtaa yhteneväinen, yksikään…
Miksi kuvien laatu on näin huono? Jos toimii ammattilaisena, pitäisi myös välineet olla sen mukaiset.
Kuvat on myös käsitelty “piloille”. Millä kuvat on käsitelty?
Hei, ja kiitos kommentistasi. Kuvaamme Nikonin D700 ja D300 kameroilla ja ammattitason linsseillä. Koska en halua, että kuvien latautumisessa kestää liian pitkään, tallennan nettiin laittamani kuvat Photoshopissa Save for web -toiminnolla ja laadulla 60-70. Tämä luonnollisesti huonotaa laatua hieman.
Kuvien käsittely taas on aika mieltymyksistä riippuva juttu ja kaikki eivät voi pitää siitä tavasta, jolla minä käsittelen kuvani. :) Onneksi kuvaajia ja editointitapoja löytyy jokaiseen makuun. Itse teen peruseditoinnit Lightroomissa ja muut muokkaukset Photoshopissa.
