Sometimes you need to do things in Faith. One example would be buying a wedding dress when you haven’t been proposed or you have no idea when your wedding is going to be. That is when you need to follow your heart.
On Saturday Julia & Petteri looked like royals. We truly got the chance to tell the story of their wedding day, from start to finish. Starting in the morning and ending when Petteri carried Julia over the threshold to their home. Before that we got evicted from a the grounds of a mental institute by a guard. We didn’t know you were not supposed to be there after eight PM. “I’ve seen a lot of things but never anyone taking photographs of a wedding couple before”, the guard said when we told that we were just about to take photos of the couple. Guess it seemed kind of suspicious when we there surrounded by darkness with only a flashlight guiding our way. Note to self; whenever you get an inspiration, be sure to check if you’re allowed to be where you want to be!
It’s nice that every wedding is different. Every wedding looks like the couple, making every wedding day different.
It’s a blessing getting to be part of these important days. We love our couples who give us the chance to do this. Without you our lives would be so much more boring. ♥♥
