En ole vielä koskaan päässyt kokemaan pohjoisen yötöntä yötä Suomen kesässä. Onneksi lähelle päästään silti juhannuksen lähestyessä vähän etelämmässäkin. Viikonloppuna yövyimme mökillä keskellä luontoa. Ei sähköä, kynttilöillä valaistu mökki. Pulahdus järveen keskellä yötä, talviturkki upotessa nopeasti pohjaan. Usva järven yllä, lintujen sirkuttavat äänet hiljaisuudessa. Mieli kaipaa aina välillä hiljaisuutta, jotta kuulee ajatukset paremmin. Ei kiirettä…
